Panel Proposal

Panel Structure

Each panel will include:

1. At least five papers focused on a common or closely related theme. There is no upper limit on the number of papers that may be included in a panel.
2. While most papers are typically invited by the Panel Chair, additional papers submitted to the conference may also be considered for inclusion in the panel, subject to their relevance to the panel theme and the conference review process.
3. A customized promotional poster will be designed specifically for your panel, enabling you to promote it among colleagues, students, and your wider academic and professional network through platforms such as WhatsApp and LinkedIn.

Panel Chair Benefits

Panel Chairs will receive the following benefits:

1. One paper submission free of charge and a 50% discount on the registration fee for a second paper submission.
2. An official certificate recognizing their role and contribution as a Panel Chair at DISTM 2027.

Propose a Panel

If you would like to propose a panel for DISTM 2027, please send the following information to scicoord@refconf.com, using “DISTM 2027 – Panel Suggestion” as the subject line:

• Your CV
• Proposed panel title
• Your affiliation and a photo for the conference website and promotional poster
• Names, affiliations, and photos of proposed panel members, if available (optional)
• Your WhatsApp number for follow-up communication, if needed
