User Guide

The conference organizers warmly invite faculty members, lecturers, university students, researchers, educators, and industry professionals to submit their scientific research and practical insights through the official conference submission system.

Contributions may be submitted in one of the following formats:

  • Abstract: 150–250 words
  • Full Paper

Participants may also choose to submit an abstract only for presentation at the conference.

In addition to submitting their contributions, participants are encouraged to share information about DISTM 2027 with colleagues and within their academic and professional networks.

Important Points for Authors

The manuscript must be submitted as a single Microsoft Word file.

Full Paper Submission

A full paper must include the following components:

  • Title
  • Author name(s), affiliation(s), and identification of the corresponding author
  • Abstract
  • Keywords
  • Main text, generally including:
    • Introduction
    • Methodology
    • Results and Discussion
    • Tables and Figures with captions
    • Conclusion
    • References

Abstract Submission

An abstract submission must include:

  • Title
  • Author name(s), affiliation(s), and identification of the corresponding author
  • Abstract (150–250 words)

Author Information

Authors must enter the names of all authors in the correct order during the submission process. The author names and their order in the submitted manuscript must exactly match those entered in the conference submission system.
